Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and repair operations of our properties. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our buildings and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and in optimal condition at all times.

Responsibilities:1. Supervise Maintenance Team:Lead and guide a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.2. Preventative Maintenance:Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to extend the life of building systems, equipment, and components, and minimize downtime.3. Repairs and Troubleshooting:Perform skilled repair and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building repairs.4. Inspections:Regularly inspect the properties to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.5. Work Orders:Prioritize and respond to maintenance work orders promptly, ensuring timely completion and resolution of issues.6. Vendor Management:Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services, ensuring high-quality work and compliance with company standards.7. Inventory Management:Maintain and manage inventory levels for maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.8. Safety Compliance:Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety training and implementing best practices.9. Reporting:Generate maintenance reports and documentation, providing updates on completed tasks, ongoing projects, and budgetary requirements.

Qualifications

Requirements:1. High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or vocational training preferred.2. Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.3. HVAC Certification, CPO and EPA Universal Certification REQUIRED.4. Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction.5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills.7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management software.8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.9.
