Join the Genesis Center administration team as the Scheduling and Payroll Manager where you will play a critical role in managing the labor expense. In this visible role, employees will know you as their contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Maintain appropriate center nursing staff coverage at all times in the most economical manner.
Process payroll in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Review timecards daily to make corrections and ensure proper authorization of time adjustments and overtime.
Review and track requests for time off. Coordinates scheduling changes with center leadership.
Participate in bi-weekly new employee orientation program to educate on the Labor Management Policy, Procedure and Supporting Technology, and the expectation of schedule flexibility to meet Center's staffing needs.

Wage range for position is $16.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred OR 5 + years previous work experience preferably in healthcare or skilled nursing, with a proven track record in a similar position. Experience with scheduling and pay practices in a 24/7 union/non-union environment is preferred. Experience using a computer to support work activities is required. Google proficiency is preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours in order to meet with employees who work evening and night shifts.
