NetSEA Technologies Field Support Engineer in Fort Campbell, Kentucky

Position Description:

NetSEA Technologies is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Field Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will perform tactical radio field support and be independently responsible for troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of C5ISR equipment. The ideal candidate will provide local unit support to Fort Campbell, KY when not on TDY or working remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide network engineering, architecture, analysis support, satellite communications support, and radio support.

  • Perform fielding, installation, operations, test, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, over the shoulder training, exercise and test support and maintenance.

  • Assists in conducting tests and evaluations of electronic instrumentation by laboratory and field tests for use in solving existing problems.

  • Independently design, modify, and install portions of the network infrastructure.

  • Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair tasks as assigned.

  • Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records.

Location: Fort Campbell, KY

Hours: Normal business hours Monday - Friday

Travel: 50%

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of additional direct relevant technical experience can be substituted/utilized lieu of degree.

  • Must be a US Citizen and be capable of maintaining a DoD Secret Clearance.

  • Required to deploy to austere locations and climb in and around military vehicles of all types.

  • Required to regularly sit, walk, and/or stand throughout various times during the day.
