Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual for the position of Training & Logistics Coordinator.

Job Description:

Summary: The Training & Logistics Coordinator will provide continued support to the clients customers and programs. Facilitating vulnerability assessments and mission assurance department support and performance analysis in support of DoD and client efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide required resource management, administrative, planning, and professional development support to the Department.

  • Supports the training and logistic requirements of the NE-MA Department released regarding performance vulnerability and adversarial assessments.

  • Provide support to ensure the successful operations of the Department’s operational programs.

  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, and resources t

  • Manage participant registrations, attendance, and communication.

  • Keeps training material up to date, organized, and readily accessible.

  • Sets up audio visual equipment, technology platforms and virtual training.

  • Collect feedback and integrate participates feedback into training to continuously improved training quality

  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and evaluations.

Requirement:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Four (4) or more years’ experience in data analytics. An additional four (4) years of data science experience on projects with similar data analytics processes may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

  • Up to 10% - 20% - Required to travel within the continental United States up to four times annually.

Security Requirements:

  • Top Secret with SCI Eligibility

Skills:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software

Physical Requirements: This position requires employees to be willing and able to: sit, bend, reach, stoop, squat, stand, and walk.

Communication: Excellent customer service via phone and face to face conversation, excellent written and oral command of English.
