Your Impact:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Microsoft SharePoint development and programming support to all DAIIS managed sites across all hosting providers on supported networks.

  • Develop SharePoint applications using Power Apps, Power Flow, and/or Power Automate in SharePoint Online.

  • Provide web development and version control for a Microsoft-oriented enterprise environment using Government provided tools (Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 and later and Microsoft Azure Dev Ops 2022 and later).

  • Provide programming support for a Microsoft-oriented enterprise environment (“including, but not limited to MS.NET, C#, MVC 4 , and Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows Server web development knowledge) for existing web applications.

  • Create and maintain fully deployable solutions for custom code applications.

  • Estimate level of effort required for all design, development, deployment, and testing and provide information to COR, TTMs, and Government leads.

  • Provide project status reports to the Government at all stages of the project lifecycle.

  • Create and update wireframes, mockups, use case diagrams, and flowcharts. (Deliverable: A016 - Wireframes, Mockups, Use Case Diagrams, And Flowcharts)

  • Use Azure Dev Ops code repositories for all code changes and version controls.

  • Utilize Azure Dev Ops to record and report bugs to Quality Assurance, project managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the QA team to mitigate all findings identified during testing.

  • Update/create the Operations and System documentation (Deliverable: A019 - Briefings, publications, Reports, Plans, Recommendations, Analysis, Notes, and Presentations).

  • Ensure all development related documents are stored in a single document repository, identified by the Government.

  • Adhere to software development methods including Agile, SCRUM, and Lean in the development of software.

  • Provide project status reports to the Government at all stages of the project lifecycle (delivery IAW CDRL A018- Lifecycle Project Status Reports)

  • Develop documentation to include test plans and end-user documentation.

  • Ensure SOPs, “How To” guides, testing plans, and accreditation paperwork are complete for each application.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (Security , etc.)

  • Eight years of experience in SharePoint Development (including customized code, and creating/modifying web parts, creating/modifying SharePoint workflows)

  • Experience developing SharePoint applications using Power Apps, Power Flow, and/or Power Automate in SharePoint OnPrem or Online.

  • Five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle Process (May include SDLC, Agile,

  • SCRUM, Lean, etc.)

  • Five years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures.

  • Five years of experience documenting software defects using a bug tracking system and reporting defects to software developers and project managers

  • Five years of experience with software development Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, or other development testing experience

  • Five years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery

  • Five years of experience in .NET Development (including MS.NET, C#, MVC 4 , and Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows Server web development).

  • Five years of experience in SQL database development stored procedures.

  • TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance.
