CACI is seeking a cleared Senior Operations Analyst to support an Army Product Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or assignments, establish goals and plans that meet project objectives, employ domain and expert technical knowledge, direct and control activities to ensure that technical requirements are met, and interface with Senior management.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Assist with Soldier Touch Point Application and Visualizations requirements gathering for minimal viable product

  • Generate SOP and work instructions for NCO contribution in Soldier Enhancement Program and Technical Review Board

  • Participate in IT solution for touch point data as end user representative

  • Engage with CSM for future touch points planning and process improvements

  • Track changes submitted to Soldier Enhancement Program

  • Manage taskers and staffing packets

  • Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.)

  • Control manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)

  • Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)

  • Archive Operations functional documents and information

  • Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences

  • Plan and manage facility requirements

  • May be required to support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.)

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others

  • Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Master's Degree with > 8 years of relevant experience

  • Previous experience supporting an Army Program or Project Manager office

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
