Wittenberg Weiner Consulting LLC Site Lead in Fort Belvoir, Virginia

WWC Global is seeking a Site Lead to assist with the oversight of personnel for a potential contract to support U.S. Army INSCOM G8. Services provided may include (but will not be limited to) Resource planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE), Congressional authorizations/appropriations, and ongoing resource oversight.

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Management of day-to-day execution of the contract related operational activities

  • Resourcing of all contract requirements including staffing, GFE accountability, and tasking.

  • Serve as the alternate point-of-contact for all contract operations

Supporting a project team that is performing the following:

  • Providing program and resource management Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and other tasks as necessary to support INSCOM and its MSCs

  • Recurring and ad hoc technical analysis, draft briefings, etc., as required

  • Reviewing related programming and budget data and provide senior level analysis and recommending strategies and courses of action to present the required manpower and dollar resource information to INSCOM, Army and other Defense Agencies.

  • Program/Budget execution support

  • Defense Travel System (DTS) Support

  • Organizational support including MOU development, Training Resource Module support and organization liaison acitivities

This position is contingent on contract award.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field and 10 years of management experience (5 of which is supervisory) OR If NO degree, a 10 year career in DoD Financial Management (5 of which includes supervisory responsibilities) AND documented coursework for Intelligence Resource Management can be substituted.

  • Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

  • 10 years of management experience including 5 years or more of supervisory experience.

  • Direct experience with PPBE for a DoD entity.

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver briefings to senior military leadership, government officials, managers, and subordinates.

  • Availability Required: March 2021.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in business or related field.

  • 8+ years in DoD Financial Management Experience.

  • PMP or Intelligence Resource management courses are a plus.
