Your Impact:

The program works directly with government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. The program is a major player in the modernization efforts occurring for data services and strategy, including the support services of program of records for analysts.

Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

Supports the open-source enterprise through preparing and processing appropriately marked products between security domains. Daily documents staging and tagging across multiple networks per customer requirements. Daily engagements with industry, military, and government stakeholders through various communication streams to provide information sharing support for the opensource community. Daily interactions with data curator team to ensure consistency and support across larger team. Attends and participates in agile meetings (scrums, retrospectives) to ensure team cohesiveness, receives feedback for next sprint, and provides lessons learned to take forward in the next sprint.

Here’s what you’ll need :

Meets all qualifications and skills of a Junior, plus:

  • Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.

  • Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.

  • Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.

  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.

  • Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.

  • Required Education: High School Diploma with 9 years of experience OR Associates degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline.

  • Required Experience: 7 years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.

  • Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance

Desired Education:

  • Desired Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
