JOB REQUIREMENTS: STAFFING MANAGER The DPS Staffing Manager will achieve profit outcomes and manage outreach and staffing functions of multiple locations. The Staffing Manager will assist in the development and implementation of business development, service advancement and recruitment activities and in ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service is delivered. Essential Responsibilities Include: Oversight of sourcing, interviewing, outreach and recruiting Ensure Agency follows legal, ethical and professional employment practices Strategically partner with Leadership to advance staffing initiatives Ensure Customer orders are filled timely with quality placements Development and management of continuous outreach Development and implementation of comprehensive staff training plans Monitoring operational metrics and adjusting to ensure budgetary goals are met Oversight of Unemployment and Worker\'s Compensation claims management initiatives Direct contracting, set bill rate, credit approval and collections Exhibit sense of urgency in all sales and service related activity Requirements Include: *Combination of education and experience to include BS/BA and 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role within the staffing industry *Experience with Avionte or similar ATS *Commitment to exceptional customer service to all (staff, customers, applicants, employees)*Ability to advise, counsel, guide and influence the opinions and decisions of others Proven knowledge of conformance with federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations and guidelines governing equal employment opportunity and nondiscrimination This opportunity is available due to the continuous advancement, growth and process improvement of this almost 30-year employment agency and its exceptional team!
