QPS EMPLOYMENT GROUP Shipping/Stockroom Clerk in FORT ATKINSON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Receive raw material from Receiving Inspection (RI) into the ShopworX ERP system and inventory in the proper bin location in the stockroom - Prioritize, pull, and fill shop orders for the production floor - Verify material at the completion of the shop order and return it to the assigned stockroom locations as needed - Maintain 100% inventory accuracy, including daily cycle counting - Create and maintain efficient organization of all materials, including newly acquired parts for new product introductions (NPI) - Ensure material flow is consistent with FIFO guidelines - Identify, justify, and reconcile inventory discrepancies; prepare MRRs for lost or damaged inventory per applicable company policies - Identify and isolate obsolete material and forward it to management for review and disposition - Package and prepare daily shipments in accordance with customer requirements - Work within the ShopworX ERP system to create the open order report and customer packing slips - Prepare bills of lading and schedule freight pick up as needed - Navigate web-based portals to schedule customer shipments - Other duties may be assigned ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - 2 years of experience in shipping, stockroom, or inventory control, but willing to train 100% with the right candidate - Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and web browser software - Experience in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment - Interpersonal skills and relationship building - Communication and cross-functional collaboration - Lift up to 40lbs and up to 70lbs with assistance - Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain a systematic and accurate approach to inventory control - Work independently, shift priorities as needed ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: jeffersonpcs@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/737078 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
