This Position is for a Harvest Room Labor - 1st Shift  with a company located in Forest.

 

Job Summuary: This posting is for the Harvest Room Labor position which hangs live birds in a shackle. It is scheduled for 1st Shift. It has a base pay rate of $19.45 per hour. In addition, the team member can earn up to an additional $6 per hour incentive by maintaining excellent attendance. Job Synopsis:  Located after the cage dumper, this is the first chain-driven operation. The live hanger position removes a bird from the hanging belt, by grasping a chicken first by one leg and then the other leg.  Once positioned, breast side away from hanger, they will hang the bird by both legs into a shackle.  Hang rate varies by bird weight.  All live hangers will rotate positions from front to back.  The hangers will place any DOA's into DOA barrel at end of conveyor.
