Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Warranty Claims Processor in Fond Du Lac, Wi!

Pay rate: $18 - $20/hr

Shift availability: Mon - Fri, 730a - 430p

Length: Seven (7) months with possibility of extension

As a warranty claims processor, you will facilitate the accurate and ethical processing of warranty claims. The claims processor is responsible for accurate information documentation.

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

  • Read source documents such as Technical Service Manuals, invoices, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields into the MercSIS system using keyboards.

  • Verify the accuracy of data before claims are processed.

  • Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.

  • Compare data with source documents, or correct data as required

  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work.

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

Experience requirements:

  • Must have Marine Industry experience

  • Must have experience of processing warranty transactions accurately and ethically

  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.

  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Adobe, Microsoft Word and Excel is also a plus.

Note:

This role is an onsite role, must live in/near Fond Du Lac, WI!

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
