JOB REQUIREMENTS: The position is under general supervision to perform all duties necessary in maintaining legal, employee and other Human Resources records and files. Work involves handling a variety of confidential documents and information and the incumbent is expected to exercise the highest level of judgement and discretion regarding the content, accuracy, and completeness of information. There is interaction with department/division heads, employees and the public. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
