ABM Industries Training Facilitator in Flushing, New York

Overview

Working primarily on client sites, the Training Facilitator will be responsible for delivering outstanding Learning & Development services to clients.

Compensation: $110,000-$120,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Contributing to content discovery for new learning programs.

  • Contributing to the design and build of new learning programs.

  • Researching new training techniques and suggesting enhancements to existing training programs to meet changing needs.

  • Ensuring that training materials and aids are kept up to date and are effective.

  • Facilitating workshops, courses and webinars.

  • Effectively communicating with team members, clients and management.

  • Identifying and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training, where appropriate.

  • Keeping abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED, required. Additional education is a plus.

  • 2+ years of training experience is required.

  • Previous leadership training delivery is a plus.

  • Coaching skills workshop experience is a plus.

  • The ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliveries and deadlines.

  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated consulting skills working with executives or other people leaders.
