As the Senior Manager, IT Transformation, Order to Cash ,you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and successful delivery and deployments of SAP S4 Order to Cash processes. You will participate in design, configuration, build, test, and deployment activities for SAP S4 Commercial application stack including Order to Cash and Service processes. In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to elicit and analyze requirements, with the end purpose of enabling innovative strategic solutions that address the business needs. This position plays a key role in coordinating communication across various business groups, IT technical teams, business analysts, Enterprise Architecture, and vendors/System Integrators. These responsibilities will be distributed across Projects and Release Cycles. Additionally, you will be responsible for the delivery of approved projects through the project management framework.

This hybrid role can be based out of our Flower Mound, TX; Portage, MI or Allendale, NJ offices.

What you will do

  • Lead design, configuration, development, testing and deployment activities of SAP S4 Order to Cash and Service processes to support Stryker's Commercial needs. These responsibilities will be distributed across Projects and Release Cycles.

  • Lead and direct the work of Technical Solution Leads, Technical Solution Analysts and Solution Architects and Vendor teams.

  • Work closely with System Integrator(s) to ensure alignment of key program activities and milestones for deployment and production releases.

  • Manage and coordinate with strategic suppliers, System integrator and deployment partners through the entire SDLC to ensure they meet the contractual deliverables and agreed-upon timelines, and quality/performance metrics.

  • Drive the Solution Reviews and Design decisions, technical approvals across the application area, and alignment of scope for all types of releases in end-to-end product lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with other Global ERP Program teams, IT Business Partners, Build and Run teams, IT Vendors, various Infrastructure teams, and Business Deployment teams.

  • Works closely with Service Delivery teams to ensure implementation of post-production support model and processes and support run/sustain teams to solve new business needs and govern solution to be consistent with Commercial Global Template.

  • Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities, and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.

What you Need

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field of study required. Master's degree in computer science, Engineering or MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of IT professional experience required

  • 8+ years of experience deploying or delivering complex Enterprise Solutions in SAP Order to Cash, Service and Consignment space preffered

  • Prior experience and demonstrated understanding of Order to Cash, Field and Depot Repair process and Field/Consignment process or other complex business solutions with direct experience in global system rollouts required.
