As the NPD and CI Manager, you will be responsible for: (1) tracking the new product development projects and making sure that the development is following the JBT's NPD process (2) lead CI projects with emphasis on JBT Lakeland site, but also there is a chance to support other sites in North America. You will report to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities On a given day, you will: Work on new product development process - deployment and tracking Track NPD budgets Provide training on JBT's NPD process Deliver on CI projects Manage strategic CI projects at regional level Support CI strategy definition and deployment Manage Direct and Indirect savings related to CI You Have: 5+ years of experience in a Continuous Improvement or New Product Development. Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering or related discipline required New product development. Excellent Lean, Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement Methodology and Tools. Understanding of Safety Processes. Business and operations background Experience working with Suppliers and Customers on CI efforts Location, Work Schedule, and Travel: We ask that you travel 30% of the time within North America. Location: Lakeland, FL You will be under a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite and 2 remote).
