Accenture Cloud Advisory Manager in Florham Park, New Jersey

Cloud Advisory Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Cloud Advisory Manager in Florham Park, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Plan and deliver transformations to IaaS and PaaS based IT sourcing models and architectures.

  • Analyze as-is and plan to-be, develop business cases and roadmaps for growth, enhancements, expansions and to rapidly go to market with these solutions for the customer.

  • Execute transformation to cloud-based solutions.

  • Support the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance hosting solutions using cloud technologies, including compute, storage, networks, communications, workplace and service management.

  • Plan and deliver legacy infrastructure transformation and migration to drive business outcomes.

  • Participate on a team designing, building and/or testing infrastructure and cloud infrastructure focused solutions;

  • Develop and deliver strategies and solutions for enterprise infrastructure operations;

  • Document all facets of infrastructure solutions, and apply Accenture methodology and Accenture reusable assets to deliver products.

  • Adapt to existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems; use considerable judgment to define solution and seek guidance on complex problems; and manage teams and/or work efforts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Developing and delivering strategies solutions for enterprise infrastructure;

  • Designing, planning, and deploying physical data center to solution architecture to meet functional and non-functional requirements;

  • Developing and delivering strategies and solutions for enterprise infrastructure storage array technologies using NetApp, EMC, and Pure;

  • Designing, planning, and deploying backup and recovery technologies including Veritas and Actifio;

  • Creating solutions, designing, and deploying multi-vendor Converged infrastructure technologies using Cisco UCS and NetApp FlexPod;

  • Designing, planning, and deploying virtualization and operating system technologies including VMWare, vSphere, ESXi, Windows, LINUX and Solaris;

  • Working with clients to gather requirements and develop proofs of concept for new technologies and solutions and suggesting business process improvements to reduce complexity in custom applications; and

  • Automation tool and scripting including NetApp Workflow, and PowerShell.

Must have the willingness and ability to travel domestically up to approximately 75% of the time to meet client needs.
