Overview

Position Summary: Sales and Leasing activities for the village. Plan, coordinate, or perform activitiesconcerning the renovation project, facilities, and grounds. Participate in the conceptual development of projects and oversees the relocation process of residents including assessing, scheduling and notifying residents.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Duties

  1. Maintain budgeted occupancy through sales and leasing activities.

  2. This position will have the following responsibilities 50% Sales and Leasing, 40% Relocation Work, and 10% General Administrative Support.

  3. Respond to inquiries and provides sales information regarding the Village in a timely manner.

  4. Schedule and conduct Village tours to provide education about Village andservices to potential resident and or families by personally guiding through areas ofthe Village thatprovide current or potential future needs.

  5. Assist with all sales and marketing efforts to increase referrals and reputation including but not limited to on-site events, off-site events

(i.e. expositions, PVMsponsored events,etc.), outreach, networking and relationship building meetings.

  1. Develop relationships with prospective residents to facilitate the sales process byidentifying needs, keeping in contact, and providing

following-up.

  1. Sell the Village housing accommodations and additional services offered by the Village to prospective residents by using appropriate promotional material andcommunication.

  2. Enter all leads into CRM database including website leads and conducts appropriatefollow up in a timely manner.

  3. Assist with information gathering and establish resident and prospect records includingbut not limited to: filing, revising and updating records, charts, etc.gathering required data and documentation, and data input.

  4. Ensures compliance with all HUD and MSHDA application and verification requirements.

  5. Complete annual recertification for HUD and MSHDA.

  6. Assist with inspections for initial and renewed occupancy.

  7. Promote housing accommodations and additional services offered by the Village toincrease sales.

  8. Plan, organize, schedule and direct efforts concerning the renovation of the building and grounds of village required to meet the project needs and deadlines.

  9. Requisition supplies or materials to complete projects.

  10. Engages with outside contractors and other staff working on project.

  11. Is the lead staff on all aspects of the relocation efforts.

  12. Maintain accurate records of in-process as well as completed projects.

  13. Creates and maintains all physical and electronic project files in accordance with the PVM and FA Department’s records management policy;

  14. Interfaces with project participants and prepares routine, non-technical correspondence(such as letters, memos, meeting notes).

  15. Develop and implement quality control programs to insure quality of work, accuracy,adherence to specifications etc.

  16. Works with the project team to develop policies and procedures for daily operations (all functions) of the renovation efforts.

  17. Prepare and submit progress reports to development team.

  18. Attend and participate in all appropriate meetings and training opportunities in order tokeep informed on current information and skill development.

  19. Follow established policies and procedures including but not limited to:

o Presbyterian Villages policies and procedures.

o Safety policies and procedures.

o Federal, state and local regulations.

  1. Ensures compliance with all HUD and MSHDA application and verification requirements.

Qualifications

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Associate’s Degree in social work, human services, healthcare administration or business administration preferred.

Experience: One to three years related experience

Computer Skills: Must have high level of PC literacy particularly Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Other Requirements: Job may require flexible schedule to meet the needs of the organization

Sense of Sound (Ability to listen to residents)

Work Environment: Employee will work in a normal office environment and in residents personal units.
