The Coordinator represents the house to all Guests and Volunteers who enter the Hospitality House.

The Coordinator helps the Director in day to day operations of the Hospitality House including; overseeing Volunteer Staff, cleanliness of the common areas, aiding guests and facilitating front desk procedures.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1.

Able to promote the mission of the Hospitality House

2.

Communicates verbally and in writing in a positive, consistent, enthusiastic, and open mannered approach with all internal and external customers.

3.

Organizes direct mail campaigns in conjunction with Hospitality House activities

4.

Works collaboratively with Hospitality House team members to provide coordination for special events, programs/presentations and projects

5.

Schedules volunteers for the Hospitality House to work on day to day operations

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, hospitality, marketing or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of five years general office experience
