Position Responsibilities: 1. Receiving: Verify all items and quantities per Shipping List/Bill of Lading of parts and materials received. Enter parts and materials as Received in SAP and deliver receipts to Accounting all non-ERS parts. Notify appropriate Team Leader and/or Engineer as parts and materials are received. Receive capital/expense invoices that are marked OK to Pay in SAP and deliver to Accounting. 2. Storeroom/Receiving Upkeep: Maintain storeroom in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. Maintain Receiving area clean and free of clutter. Efficiently restock the storeroom as parts and materials are received. Execute storeroom inventories on a monthly basis to ensure 100% inventory per 12 months, ensuring critical spare parts are inventoried every 6 months. 3. Issue Parts/Materials: Issue tools, parts and materials to Plant employees as needed. Enter items as issued in SAP on a daily basis. 4. Maintenance Man-hour Tracking Update daily timesheets into maintenance man-hour tracking spreadsheet. 5. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Education: High School diploma or GED Experience and Skills: At least 6 months of experience in maintenance/parts storeroom coordination Must have experience in SAP. Experience in SAP-Asset Management systems preferred. Must have great communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. PC Experience Experience with software systems such as MS Office. Ability to understand the mechanical aspects of the plant. Job: Storeroom Coordinator
