Who You Are

  • Possess mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills

  • 5+ years or more experience repairing heavily damaged vehicles in the custom car, truck and/or Hot Rod industry; European car experience a plus

  • Welding skills (Tig & Mig), required

  • Paint knowledge; a plus (Sikkens Products)

  • Experience in the Composites Field, a plus

  • Ability to identify issues and make recommendations to improve existing processes

  • Thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals

  • Motivated to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change

  • Self-supply basic personal tools

What You'll Do

  • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools

  • Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the department

  • Properly repair collision damage

  • Body sheet metal fab and repair

  • Structural fabrication

  • Panel replacement and panel design

  • Fiberglass work

  • Disassembly and assembly

  • Maintain proper record of time and materials

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, coworkers, and other departments

  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment

  • Perform other related duties as assigned
