Kellymoss Inc. Body Shop Combo Technician in Fitchburg, Wisconsin
Who You Are
Possess mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills
5+ years or more experience repairing heavily damaged vehicles in the custom car, truck and/or Hot Rod industry; European car experience a plus
Welding skills (Tig & Mig), required
Paint knowledge; a plus (Sikkens Products)
Experience in the Composites Field, a plus
Ability to identify issues and make recommendations to improve existing processes
Thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
Motivated to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change
Self-supply basic personal tools
What You'll Do
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the department
Properly repair collision damage
Body sheet metal fab and repair
Structural fabrication
Panel replacement and panel design
Fiberglass work
Disassembly and assembly
Maintain proper record of time and materials
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, coworkers, and other departments
Maintain a clean, safe working environment
Perform other related duties as assigned
