The Assistant Director of Club Development and Programming will be part of the Student Development team that offers programs and services for students at Fitchburg State University. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Master’sdegreeinstudentpersonnelorrelatedfieldpreferred,orsignificantrelevant professional experience. 2. Large-scaleand/orProgrammingBoardexperiencepreferred. 3. Knowledgeofdiversity,equity,andinclusionworkandtheabilitytoappropriatelyand effectively understand and adapt to cultural differences within a group environment. 4. Knowledge of student development and operation practices and procedures; 5. Effectiveoralandwritten communicationandinterpersonalskills. 6. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills; 7. Student/groupleadershipexperienceisrequired,withstudentstaffsupervisionexperiencedesirable. 8.
