Per la nostra clinica veterinaria AniCura Firenze Sud stiamo cercando un Addett* all'accoglienza da inserire nell'organico appartenente alle categorie protette legge 68/99.

La risorsa, inserita all’interno del team, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

• gestione delle prenotazioni

• gestione delle telefonate

• informazione al cliente delle attività e dei servizi dell’ospedale

• proattiva comunicazione alla direzione di servizi attivabili, a fronte dell’ascolto dei nostri clienti

Competenze richieste:

Il/la candidato/a ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:

• inglese fluente

• sarà considerato titolo preferenziale un’esperienza pregressa in sanità o in strutture di eccellenza e a forte contatto con il cliente

• passione per gli animali

Completano il profilo:

• imprenditorialità (proattività e problem solving)

• capacità di ascolto attivo e analisi

• buone competenze comunicative e relazionali

• flessibilità
