Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry. The position is located in Findlay, Ohio, United States. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for administering various human resources activities and programs, including those related to staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/must be eligible to work in the U.S. processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.

• Implement and update compensation program; rewrite job descriptions as necessary.

• Conduct annual salary surveys and develop salary budget; analyze compensation.

• Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures.

• Conduct benefits administration for all employee benefit programs.

• Develop and maintain affirmative action program; maintain other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.

• Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel; conduct new-employee orientations.

• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.

• Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.

• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to manage Benefit Functions

• Experience in Compensation Administration

• Knowledge of Compliance protocols in Human Resources

• Demonstrated ability in handling Employee Relations

• Proven experience in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Professionalism and strong work ethic

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people

• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
