Shift: Sun - Thurs

Hours: 6AM - 2:30 PM & 11am - 7:30pm

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently unloading trailers and processing cardboard on the baler. This role is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation and organization of the warehouse. The primary assignment will focus on these tasks, but flexibility is required as duties may change based on the dynamic needs of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading Trailers:

• Safely and efficiently unload trailers as they arrive.

• Ensure that all items are handled with care to prevent damage.

• Sort and organize items for easy identification and retrieval.

• Processing Cardboard:

• Operate the baler machine to process cardboard.

• Ensure all cardboard is properly compacted and stored.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around the baler area.

• Additional Duties:

• Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed, including picking, packing, and shipping.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Participate in regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to operate warehouse machinery (e.g., baler machine) safely and efficiently.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50) for extended periods.

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and temperatures.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
