  • Our Electrician Helpers earn $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

  • What you will do
  • The Electrician Helper is responsible for completing electrical wiring of refrigerated industrial equipment including various components, sensors, actuators, etc., back to the Master Control Panel (MCP) and as well as supporting the facility's electrical needs.
  • How you will do it
  • Terminate all wiring in the Master Control Panel (MCP) on custom fabricated skids.
  • Installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus using design prints and 3D models.
  • May diagnose and repair or replace faulty electronic components.
  • Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment,
  • Wire all starters, variable frequency drives (VFD), micro-panels, etc. as defined on the wiring schematic.
  • Test for continuity of wired units.
  • Track labor and materials for each project and record as needed for updating of work order completion and inventory tracking.
  • Recommend methods for improving efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities.
  • Strictly adhere to all Safety and Compliance policies and processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • What we look for
  • Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of electrical wiring experience (residential, industrial or commercial).
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret 3D models.
  • Willing and able to work 1st shift (4 10-Hour shifts, Monday - Thursday, 5:30AM - 4:00PM) as well as overtime when needed or when mandatory on Fridays. Overtime on Saturdays is optional.
  • Demonstrated positive work history as well as reliable and punctual attendance record.
  • Strong self-directed and proactive work ethic.
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend and lift heavy objects as required .
  • Preferred:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of industrial electrical wiring experience.
  • Electrical troubleshooting, refrigeration, equipment PLC and power control panel knowledge.
  • Knowledgeable and experience with all aspects of local and national electrical codes and standard practices.
