Level: Mid to Senior (5 years minimum experience) 

Must-Have Experience:   A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience. In addition, this position requires at least 5 years of work experience in marketing, marketing operations, technology or a related area. Your experience should include at least 5 years in direct mail or marketing operations roles and at least two years of experience in one or more of the following areas: marketing automation (Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar), HTML, JavaScript, SQL Queries, email deliverability and platforms (MailChimp, Exact Target, or related), cross channel marketing, and/or forecasting/analytics. Requires strong project and process management skills as well as a consultative style when working with internal marketing clients across the organization.

Location:   Prefer Seattle area base (office is in Federal Way, WA). Remote possible after 2 years.

03   What success looks like   (1) You build and continually refine a product roadmap that illuminates the capabilities in Adobe Campaign, Data Robot, Data Warehouse, and other MarTech platforms. (2) You develop and maintain multi-touchpoint product journey campaigns within Adobe Campaign Classic. (3) You create solid, engaging, and collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholder groups that demonstrate the art of the possible in a collaborative manner that helps ignite the passions of our marketing colleagues to leverage more data, more capabilities, more personalization and more intelligence in donor and product journeys. (4) You review campaign metrics and presenting trends and insights to increase campaign optimization and donor journey experiences. (5) You increase our team’s marketing technology capabilities. You aren’t a software developer, but you aren’t afraid of technology and techo-speak – especially Javascript, SQL, and HTML.
