Role: Product Services Operations Specialist

Location: Federal Way, WA

Schedule: This role will work a hybrid schedule. 7:30am to noon in the World Vision Federal Way office. Afternoons available for remote work.

02 The Job

P rocess operational production requirements in support of m ass m arketing channel campaigns, events and donor engagement opportunities involving marketing acquisition and retention e fforts . Process (on time and within quality standards) operational, print and fulfillment related service requirements ensuring that traditional and/or digital solutions are successfully delivered to donors and marketing channels. Utilize software to print documents and convert videos, assemble and prepare materials for shipment in support of marketing and fundraising activities. Help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.

  • ​ ​ Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, devotions, chapel, prayer, worship); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within scope of role.

  • Process the operational production requirements assigned to work queues in support of conducting timely and quality driven digital and/or print related deliverables to marketing channels or donors.

  • Leverage various CRM digital technologies and hardware capabilities to successfully process/service donor accounts and deliver solution sets for marketing business partner groups.

  • Process operational data and provide print service support of Chosen events and new product development.

  • Engage with marketing/fundraising business partner groups to research/resolve complex donor issues, assign children and families in a timely manner ensuring donor satisfaction.

  • Ensure accuracy of all marketing product/collateral data ensuring that agreed upon deadlines are met.

  • Assemble and sort marketing materials for mailing.  Prepare mailing labels and envelopes. 

  • Process all outgoing mail (i.e., first and third class, domestic and international) using postage metering system to ensure proper postage for timely and accurate delivery. 

  • Generate innovative ideas that may cut costs and increase retention while processing new evolving creative project deliverables for marketing and fundraising business groups.

  • ​ Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain awareness of corporate goals, objectives, organizational announcements, and activities. Reference and follow organizational policies and procedures, seeking clarity as needed.

    03 Required Experience

  • High School/GED required .

  • A minimum of one year of work experience in operations , print production , or related area required .

  • Knowledge of print software preferred.

    04 Salary Range & Benefits

    The full range for this position is an hourly rate between $17.76 - $25.04. This applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. Typical hiring range is $21 - $23 hourly.
