RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish

  • Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock

  • Efficiently supply service dept. with required parts

  • Complete special-order part request for the customer/service dept

  • Communicate with customer/service dept. on parts status

  • Communicate with staff & customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures

  • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry

  • Input parts order and manage inventory

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with auto parts sales (Dealership experience a plus)

  • Personal & professional integrity

  • Positive attitude

  • A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization

  • Strong organizational & time management skills

  • Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic.
