Job Title : Intel Operations Software Trainer

Position Description :

We are searching for skilled professionals in operations and intelligence to join our team. As an Intel/Operations Software Trainer, your role will involve actively support our software partners' implementation teams and fostering and strengthening partnerships with current and potential users of their platform. Your tasks will include collaborating with analysts to identify usage scenarios, providing user training and guidance, addressing technical challenges, and tackling unique and complex issues. This might involve working closely with users worldwide or sharing insights directly with the software vendor's team. Ultimately, you'll play a crucial role in promoting collaboration across a global enterprise and ensuring the ongoing success of our customers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Immerse within high-tempo units to grasp their operational and technical requirements.

  • Conduct training sessions for analysts at their desks and classrooms.

  • Address technical user issues and collaborate with the engineering team for resolution.
