Delaware North Gaming is looking for a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties on all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment on the property.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, repair and replace heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment

  • Order parts for equipment

  • Operate motorized vehicle when necessary, have a valid New York driver’s license

  • Perform repairs as necessary on all related equipment

  • Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat condition

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years HVAC-R field related experience required

  • Certification for refrigerant handling preferred

  • Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, pass an MVR check, and take a drug test

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Standing and walking 100% of the time

  • Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
