Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devise or modify procedures to resolve complex problems taking into consideration computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form desired results. Research and fact find to develop and/or modify complex integration of applications and solutions across the enterprise. Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain those programs. Work on all phases of application systems analysis/programming activities. Understand the functional aspects, business processes, interfaces, screens , mock-ups, business flow and data of dependent systems. Develop and implement digital platforms, integrate solutions and related changes. Work with business partners to develop system requirements. Develop program changes. Develop use and associated test cases. Execute test plans. Implement system changes. Comply with departmental standards. Ensure that all tasks are performed in accordance with ITM standards. Perform Production Support as required. Promptly address customer issues/tickets. Address system issues by performing root cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems. Plan/Communicate: Assist as necessary in developing project plans and schedules. Track progress to plans. Communicate status, issues and risks to supervisor, colleagues and stakeholders on a timely basis. Develop strong and productive relationships with business partners, colleagues and management. Collaborate with colleagues in other regions for building scalable solutions.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering or related, plus three (3) years of experience in job offered or related.

Special Requirements: Experience must include:  

  1. Developing, testing and deploying software, platforms and changes using agile methodologies, concepts and framework, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
  2. Using Scrum and Kanban;
  3. Developing applications, front end to backend services using ESB technology;
  4. Knowledge of asynchronous processing, including perform queueing and queue management;
  5. Working with standard MVC frameworks , including Spring, Struts, and Angular; and
  6. Working with JSON, XML, HTTPs and relevant protocols, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5, Java, and UDB DB2 database technologies.
