Community Choice Credit Union Member Center Manager in Farmington Hills, Michigan

This role is responsible for the overall leadership, growth and success of the member center and its team members. This position is responsible for serving as the Credit Union's lead advocate and champion within the member center and surrounding communities by actively identifying, cultivating, and soliciting opportunities to increase membership growth, loan growth, product penetration, and developing new business relationships for the Credit Union. The Member Center Manager is responsible for the overall member center operations ensuring the financial, compliance, and sales and service objectives are met, including individual and team sales responsibilities. Through these actions, this role is responsible for knowing the pulse of their member center's community, team and how it has impacted the financial well-being of its membership. The Member Center Manager should know their member center the best. This role contributes to the Credit Union as a Manager and manages the Member Center team; either directly or indirectly through additional member center leadership. This role partners with other retail leaders and the overall management team of the organization.
