Job Description

As part of the HR Services operations team for North America, our Talent Acquisition Leader ensures the fulfillment of our recruiting and personnel marketing strategies to maintain Bosch as an employer of choice. This includes leading talent acquisition and personnel marketing operations teams while aligning expectations and deliverables with business leaders and process experts across the organization.

The successful candidate will lead the talent acquisition teams to manage workforce planning, personnel marketing, recruiting, onboarding, and the key account management functions for the operations. Will work in close coordination with both regional and global talent acquisition expert organizations to align the operations with the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition and personnel marketing teams in a hybrid virtual environment to meet cost, quality, delivery, and customer experience expectations for the organization

  • Drive continuous improvement of operations and ensure alignment with key business and operational leaders

  • Ensure overall recruiting needs are fulfilled and progress is effectively communicated with business leaders towards meeting recruiting goals and objectives

  • Install and enable technical improvements, and develop key recruiting metrics and talent acquisition strategies for the business

  • Ensure compliance for the organization by meeting legal requirements based on local, state and federal regulations that promote equity and fairness

  • Build a strong People Acquisition brand within the organization

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience fulfilling talent acquisition strategies including workforce planning and personnel marketing

  • Demonstrated success meeting customer expectations at scale

  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to align the business goals, position requirements, and hiring strategies for success

  • Possess a strong collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive adoption and build partnerships

  • Able to prepare and interpret data to support analysis, forecasting, and manage performance

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills with experience identifying, evaluating, and supporting process improvements

  • Strong customer service and account management skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree

  • Minimum 5-8 years of talent acquisition and/or personnel marketing experience

  • Experience working with or within talent acquisition leadership

  • Exposure to recruiting and/or marketing operations

  • Proven experience in building and developing a team

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at a professional level, both orally and in writing, in English
