** Job Overview :

This position provides administrative and organizational support to the company's International Assignment Services team and to all company's customers worldwide (expatriates, company's entities, external vendors). The International HR Administrator is the behind-the-scenes support team for the expatriate consultants, ensuring that all assignment related data is up to date and accurate for all aspects of the expatriate assignment. This support includes compensation, tax, social security, and benefits administration as well as support on key projects worldwide. Provide necessary support for projects within the organization. A qualified candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and prioritization skills; exceptional interpersonal skills, a teamwork mentality and a strong customer-service mindset.

* Responsibilities : ***

  • Assignment Administration - Support all HR processes to facilitate international assignments including, but not limited to:

Answer requests from assignees as well as HR contacts regarding assignment processes.

Preparation and organization of assignment start and end (authorization of moves, flights, language training, visa and work permit).

Administration of assignee and dependent health insurance plan including enrollment and on-going issue escalation and resolution.

Preparation of all assignment documents (International Assignment Letters, Individual Cost Statement, etc).

Support during annual salary review and bonus calculation process.

Proper maintenance of individual assignment data in HR system/HR database

Authorization/ Support of social security and tax processes.

Vendor payment coordination, including reviewing/auditing/reconciling invoices, documenting and initiating payments for vendor invoice requests, and reporting for individual income purpo
