As an HR Representative within our HR Service Contact Center team, you will have the opportunity to live our HR Service Vision: We Care, We Understand, We Resolve.
Our HR Contact Center team is the main point of contact for our associates across the US and Canada. We are available via phone and email to help our customers navigate the sometimes complex world of HR topics like Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Technical Systems, and Payroll.
We work in partnership with our Bosch HR Business Partners and HR Process Owners to help support in the deployment of HR initiatives. We educate our managers and associates on HR processes and HR technical tools, and help to trouble shoot when things get tricky. Every day we communicate with our associates, and do real-time problem solving. If we can’t address a customer’s need in our team, we partner with our HR specialist teams for additional expertise, all with the goal of getting the need resolved.
Our associates call us between 7:00 am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. An ability to work an adjusting schedule, helps us ensure our customers can consistently reach us.
1+ years work experience or internship experience in professional office environment.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business.
Strong written, verbal communication, and a demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics.
Positive customer relations and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in navigating web based systems and technology platforms.
Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, quick learner, and ability to adapt to change.
