Kyyba, Inc. has an opening for the position of Electrical System Engineer (Ref# ESE94AN).

Work Location:  Farmington Hills, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Duties:  Create and document electrical system requirements, architecture, and hardware interfaces for vehicle electronics.  Update behavior and communication requirements related to electrical engineering (EE) features as applicable to specific vehicle programs.  Maintain and update schematics data bus communication.  Document system DFMEA (design failure mode & effect analysis) and system assembly process standards required for EE systems features.  Modify production vehicle network topology.  Create system behavioral requirements, complete software updates, and provide diagnostic support.  Support low voltage triage, providing vehicle commissioning progress to a variety of audiences in different forums.  Create training documentation, from basic company system navigation to in-depth guides on how to perform vehicle debugging.  Use of CANalyzer, CANoe, DOORS, MATLAB, Simulink, AutoCAD, Python, C, CAN, and LIN.

Requirements:  This position requires a Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.  Plus 3 months of experience in the job offered or 3 months in a related occupation including Electronics Engineering Intern or related experience.  Position requires completion of Master's-level academic coursework in Vehicle Electronics.  40hrs/week.
