Description

We are looking for anAccounts Payable Specialist. This person will be responsible for coding, and processing invoices for a number of different properties. In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to review and process utility invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Accounting and Property teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices

  • Maintain 1099 vendor files for accuracy and up to date W9’s for tax reporting

  • Special projects as required

  • Help resolve discrepancies and problems

  • Respond to vendor inquiries

    Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working on Accounts Payable

  • Some related college education preferred, but not required

  • Strong technical/software skills (Yardi recommended, but not required

  • Very detail oriented

  • Meticulous work product

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage deadlines.

  • Good math, communication, and research skills
