We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance/Control Specialist to ensure that our production processes meet and exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and driving process improvements to enhance product quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards

  • Conduct regular inspections of production processes, equipment, and finished products to identify and address quality issues

  • Perform in-process and final product inspections to verify adherence to specifications and quality requirements

  • Collect and analyze data to monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in collaboration with production and engineering teams

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent quality defects and non-conformances

  • Train production staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices

  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken

  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance and control
