The Pre-Weigher is responsible for accurately weighing and measuring raw materials according to production specifications. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and consistency of our pharmaceutical products. The Pre-Weigher will work closely with the production team and quality control to ensure all materials are prepared in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. work hours: 3:30 PM - 12 AM

Responsibilities

  • Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to batch records and production specifications.

  • Verify the quality and quantity of materials before weighing and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Maintain precise records of materials used, including lot numbers, weights, and quantities.

  • Operate scales and other measuring equipment, ensuring proper calibration and function.

  • Label and package pre-weighed materials in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in inventory management by tracking the usage of raw materials and reporting discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to the manufacturing area.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pre-weighing area to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with GMP standards.

The essential functions of this role include:
