We are seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to care for patients in communities across Long Island. As part of our team, you will work closely with a supportive patient care team and provide care to the highest standards. Job Details Our Therapists: Review patient charts and medical history Develop personalized treatment plans Teach therapeutic exercises and stretches Use hands-on therapy to promote healing Maintain patient records and adapt treatment plans accordingly Work closely with a supportive patient care team Provide patient and family education for health promotion Provide care to the utmost standard Qualifications: New York State PT license Minimum of one year of recent hands-on experience as a Physical Therapist Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
