We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control processes. Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations.

  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.

  • Monitor Operations Quality Performance and trigger corrective actions.

  • Serve as the Company's coordinator for all internal and external audits, including the review of findings, the implementation of corrective action, and the tracking of action completion.

  • Devise ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.

  • Devise, improve, and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.

  • Set the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitor their compliance.

  • Ensure legal obligations are followed and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.

  • Oversee product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.

  • Inspect the final output, compare it to the requirements, and approve or reject the final products.

  • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.

  • Gain feedback from the clients, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors.
