Centers Plan for Healthy Living's goal is to create the ultimate healthcare experience that provides our members, their families, healthcare decision makers, and general caregivers with the guidance and plans they need for healthy living.

JOB SUMMARY:

The administrative assistant provides support to the executive team and assists and reports directly to the Facilities Manager of Operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedules meetings as they are requested through conference room calendars.

  • Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.

  • Assists with day-to-day tasks of running an office

  • Restocking Breakroom and Restroom supplies as needed.

  • Keeping an inventory of all breakrooms, restrooms, and office supplies. Placing orders as needed.

  • Assist with Creating ID Badges for new Hires.

  • Meet and greet New Hires as needed.

    Education and Experience:

    Required:

  • High School Diploma

    Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Computer proficiency

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
