Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00PM - 3:30AM Summary: The purpose of the Quality Technician is to ensure the quality of industrial processes, materials, and products. Under general supervision, the position will be responsible for inspecting, training, directing repairs, and maintaining quality levels. Contribute to quality clinic projects and help drive RCCA and Poke-yoke. Determine controls necessary to maintain a consistent quality level. Dispose of rejected material. Lead repairs and deviates corrections as required. Generate inspection reports and analysis. Perform specific calibrations, specific tests, and specific evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and records the results. Coordinate and performs audit plans. Communicate with suppliers during nonconforming material incidents; Coordinates containment and sorting activities; Write nonconformance reports Assess and identify any training gaps for production operators. Identify and implement preventative actions and process improvements. Qualifications: Preferred 2 year degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field Minimum 4 years' related experience.
