Spherion Staffing Fargo Temporary Insurance Processing Associate in Fargo, North Dakota

[Spherion Staffing is hiring for a Temporary Insurance Processing role. In this role you are responsible for ensuring routine transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will assist Insurance Advisors with insurance proposals for current and prospective customers. This position will assist in growing the reputation of Company's Insurance Agency with excellent customer service. We are looking for an Associate degree and two or more years of previous insurance experience and/or related experience preferred.

[Pay $20-22/hour DOE [Assignment length: 6 months

[**Responsibilities: -Answer service questions including, but not limited to, quoting, proof of insurance, endorsement, cancelations, etc -Maintain communication with Insurance Advisors and Client Service Associates via phone, including responding promptly to account inquiries, answering insurance related questions, and proactively reaching out regarding time sensitive account matters -Provide renewal support to Client Service Associates as required -Understand the coverage differences for each insurance carrier to prepare the optimal insurance proposal for the Insurance Advisor to present to the customer -Develop insurance proposals in an accurate and efficient manner for Insurance Advisors -Maintain a good working relationship with internal team members and personnel from the insurance carriers -Assist with the coordination of training events and marketing items as needed

Requirements: -Associate degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required -Two or more years of previous insurance experience and/or related experience preferred -Experience with Property and Casualty insurance experience with a focus on personal lines is preferred -Must be detailed-oriented; provide excellent service by processing changes maintaining a high degree of accuracy and timely manner -Proficient with PC for Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet, Email and company software systems ]{tahoma",sans-serif"=""}]{tahoma",sans-serif"=""}]{tahoma",sans-serif"=""}]{tahoma",sans-serif"=""}
