Seeking a sterile processing technician to serve at Essentia Health's Fargo Hospital on 32nd Avenue. This employee works full time evenings, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, 40 hours per week as team lead for this shift. A holiday rotation and occasional weekends are required. In addition to the base pay with experience, there is a $1 hourly adder for the team lead responsibilities.Responsible for the reprocessing of reusable surgical instruments and patient care equipment for use in surgery and throughout various nursing units. Plays a vital role in ensuring clean, safe, sterile instruments and equipment are available to hospital staff for use in patient care.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

  • Must be certified as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) from the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (IAHCSMM) within 2 years of hire.

Compensation Range: $15.95 - $23.93 / hour
