[Spherion Staffing is looking for an experienced Patient Access Representative to work with a local Fargo client. The PAS will perform a variety of tasks to support the clinical operations of the organization. The responsibilities include handle the daily tasks of opening or closing the facility, provide exemplary customer service, answer phones, greet patients, coordinate scheduling of sessions, process payments, scan documents, upload charts and other administrative duties as needed.

[Monday-Friday 11 am-8pm [Pay $18-20/hour DOE **[Responsibilities: [-Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner [-Collect and enter patient demographic information accurately into the electronic medical records system [-Obtain necessary consent forms and signatures from patients as required [-Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients [-Obtain authorization for services from insurance providers as needed [-Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits as requested [-Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
