Fisher Sales and Leasing Lot Manager in FARGO, North Dakota

Job Purpose: Lot manager responsible for lot management: Vehicle and service inspections, ensuring inventory is maintained and presentable for sale, coordinating workflow with vendors. Finally, they act as a representative for the company to vendors, customers, and communicate with others on the status of their department. Duties:

  • Supervises all recons for used vehicles.
  • Organizing, planning, and prioritizing workflow with vendors.
  • Detailing and coordinating delivery of sold vehicles.
  • Working with inventory and website programs.
  • Putting vehicles on the lot for sale and website: Includes taking and loading pictures, inputting vehicle descriptions, warranty information, and service date information for website.
  • Maintains car lot, shop and building.
  • Assist customers on vehicle operations and set up.
  • Control costs within car department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/qualifications:

  • Communication skills, and ability to work with customers, suppliers, upper management and employees.
  • A valid drivers license.
  • Light technical and mechanical skills. Such as changing batteries, wipers, air filters, and cabin filters.
  • Detail-oriented and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
