[Spherion Staffing is looking for an experienced HVAC Journeyman to work for a local Fargo client. As an HVAC Journeyman - Retro Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and retrofitting of HVAC systems. Your primary focus will be on upgrading and enhancing existing HVAC systems to improve energy efficiency, functionality, and compliance with industry standards. You will work independently or as part of a team to assess, plan, and execute retrofit projects, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.

[Pay $35-40/hour DOE [Monday-Friday Day hours, no nights/weekends or on-call schedule

**[Responsibilities: [-Perform installation, upgrade, and retrofitting of HVAC components -Utilize industry best practices and adhere to relevant codes and standards during installation [-Conduct thorough testing of retrofitted systems to ensure proper functionality and performance -Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the HVAC systems -Maintain accurate and detailed records of retrofit projects, including specifications, plans, and any changes made during installation -Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions -Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment -Work closely with project managers, fellow HVAC technicians, and other stakeholders to coordinate and execute retrofit projects efficiently -Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians as needed

Requirements: -HVAC Journeyman License: Possession of a valid HVAC journeyman license -Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals -Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members -Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills -Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
