[Spherion Staffing is looking for a Finance Director to provide management of accounting, debt/treasury management, special assessments, utility billing, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and investments of the company. This individual also provides management, leadership, and coordination over all areas of fiscal operations, forecasting, and analysis for the company.

[Salary $115-129k/year DOE

**[Responsibilities: [-Direct the daily financial administration including: develop, execute, and manage the annual budget; manage investments; reconcile monthly bank statements; prepare various financial statements; perform short-term and long-term financial analysis and planning [-Supervise and manage staff engaged in maintaining the general ledger, payroll, purchasing, capital asset records, utility accounts, receipt and disbursement of funds, and budgetary functions [-Establish guidelines and policies to ensure effective and efficient operations; organize regular meetings; review, plan, and assign duties; direct the work of staff; oversee staff training and development; provide work directives and guidance [-Implement, direct and monitor internal financial controls, including controls for utility billing, cash receipting, payroll, fixed assets, special assessments, capital projects and construction contracts; oversees the collection and disbursement of company funds; monitor and ensure the compliance of all policies and local, state and federal laws and regulations [-Monitor all financial and software systems and procedures; determine when upgrades, changes or additional ERP software or products are needed to keep processes efficient and accurate
